Discount Tire

This is about the store as a whole. I've had good service at the Camas and Vancouver locations, so I know what Discount Tire is normally like. I ordered tires around the end of June. They rescheduled our appointment a day later, no problem, and they were upfront that the tires might not arrive on time. I chose to wait it out. They didn't arrive. While I was there I asked about upgrading to a better set, and their guy told me it wasn't in my best interest for my car, I looked up reviews afterward and he was right about that. I asked them to call me the following week to schedule the install once the tires came in. No call. A month went by. I called back a week ago to check, since I just want my tires on. I was told they only had two of the four (I assume likely got sold), and so i asked again to be called when the rest showed up. No call. I called again today. They have the tires, but installation is another week out. Then they called back to say the set from the manufacturer doesn't look good, so they're upgrading me to the tires I'd asked about upgrading to that first trip about a month ago. I'm not upset about the upgrade. The problem is that every step of this happened b

I’ve been going to Discount Tire for the past 5 years, and Shawn Fitch has always been the person I go to. I bought another set of tires today, and once again, Shawn went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Over the years, he has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. He takes the time to understand what I need, gives great recommendations, and makes the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service consistently for years. Shawn is a huge asset to Discount Tire and someone who clearly takes pride in taking care of his customers. I specifically keep coming back because I know I can count on him. In my opinion, he absolutely deserves recognition and consideration for a promotion. Employees like Shawn are exactly what makes customers come back and stay loyal to a company. Thank you, Shawn, for always taking great care of me and my vehicles. I truly appreciate everything you do!

Happened to be in Gresham with a bolt in my tire. Got an estimate of 90 minutes to get a flat repaired. 2 hours later my car hasn't moved. I just got my keys back, pumped up my tire myself and drove 40 miles home after booking an appointment at my local tire shop for the next day. I've used this location in the past and always been happy. After today, I cannot recommend this location anymore.

Exceptional service! I came in with a flat tire, and they repaired it absolutely for free! The service was incredibly fast and high-quality. The staff was super friendly and professional. I’m so grateful for their help and will definitely be coming back here for all my tire needs. Highly recommend

Recently I bought four new tires from them today a pothole took out one of them. I bought my car in and they swapped it out just charging me the difference of the prorated warranty. Service could not have been better or quicker.. I let them know I was in a bind and they got me out of there in no time with everything fixed. I have always had good experiences here and today was no different.
